1. Use of Service

Krestium is a recruitment management platform intended for use by staffing agencies, recruiters, and hiring professionals. You may use Krestium only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the platform to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to violate the rights of any third party.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@krestium.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Krestium. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your recruitment data.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, logos, and content comprising the Krestium platform are the property of Krestium and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krestium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
