How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap or click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Can I use Krestium on my phone?

Yes. Krestium is available on iOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your existing credentials.

How do I add a new candidate or requirement?

From the dashboard, navigate to Candidates or Requirements and use the "Add" button. Fill in the required fields and save. The record will be visible to your team immediately.

I'm not receiving notification emails. What should I check?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If emails aren't arriving, contact support with your account email so we can check delivery status.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription in the app or web portal. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
